I always go to CANA. When the New Bedford location opened is when I started smoking and they’ve been so helpful in educating me and helping me find what best suits my needs. I’ve never had a bad experience there and recommend it to all of my friends that like to “garden”. I appreciate all the staff so much. Irene is usually the one that helps me and she is so sweet and knowledgeable!

I had another great experience at Cana in New Bedford the other day. The store is always clean, welcoming, and has an awesome selection. Jake was my budtender this visit, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions and help me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel rushed. His customer service really stood out and made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend asking for Jake if you stop by. Thanks again to the entire Cana team for always providing such a great experience!

I recently went to CANA New Bedford, as I was in extreme pain that evening. It was the closest and open to me at the time. I went in, was greeted, the shop was impeccable, the staff were great. I don't often get edibles when I'm in severe pain I do, there's one I particularly know works (Betty's Eddies ache away), it's amazing formy pain. My server was so nice, she found exactly what I was hoping for, and on top of it let me know I get penny pre-roll, for first time customer. I left satisfied and my pain definitely went away and I slept great as well. Would highly recommend.

Great prices, great products, and excellent customer service! The Canna staff is always friendly and welcoming. During my visit, I wasn't aware there was a special promotion going on, but Miranda made sure to let me know before I completed my purchase and I was able to get a great deal on pre rolls..It's customer service like that that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!
