I had a great experience at Bask dispensary today. I went in with no idea of what I wanted besides a hybrid edible and the Bud Tender that helped me, Lion, was very friendly and informative. She brought over several options, told me about each of them, and didn’t rush me at all to make a decision. I will absolutely be going back again!

Bask was once, an absolute beast of a dispensary. Before the large amount other dispo opened they really cared, but since then it’s truly become terrible. I haven’t stepped foot into this store for about a year now due to the disrespectful tone of the female manager who works. She actively will try and weasel you out of your discounts. All the dudes there are top tier 10/10 love you guys. They hook it up, set you up right and don’t try and scam you. Also bask, with all due respect. When your prices are consistently 25% more expensive then every other dispensary within 5 miles. You’re going to get far less sales regardless of the environment you have created . If your in town, go to canna they will hook you up and you’ll walk out with the same amount of products for 25% off! That’s before any discounts you’ll get at canna!

Discounts were applied, acknowledged to me, and then removed without explanation. My initial email went unanswered, and follow-up calls led to delays and dropped comm. It wasn’t until my second call this following week that I was told it was simply because of manager input error on the website. No resolution, no apology, and minimal effort to close the loop until I finally did so myself. On top of that, being told multiple times that I have “such a big order” for a medical pickup borders unprofessional. An annoying experience especially given the limited med options in the area and that some rec shops still edge out their med prices with similar quality.

used to be my favorite dispensary. last time i went in budtender was rude, he either didn’t know the product or wasn’t willing to answer questions. he couldn’t name any good strains. when i asked “any good wax?” i was met with “ehhh not really” asked “what’s got the most terps” met with “oh that’s hard to say pick one based off thc content” asked “any deals today” and got “what do you want to do man it’s the normal deals” i would understand the rush if the shop was busy but it was dead. i buy the medical limit every month and they’ve lost my business. northeast fall river has better prices anyway.

UPDATE 11/6/2025 Love this place. Daily shopper. I wont bother going anywhere else. They are superior to any other dispensary . Nice kind staff! Great location! Great VIP deals! Love them! Update 11/6/2025 . I purchase two Fernway 2G vapes every Sunday. Now, they come charged and the charge lasts me three to four days. This week after the charge ran out my vape still very full was unchargeable . I went back in. I spoke to Chris who I love. I didn't have the box or the receipt. They did have the information that I was there that I purchased it. I did have the other vape to show them that one vape had a charging mechanism and one vape didn't. I also reminded them that I had come in on Sunday after I purchased both vapes with a question. Chris was wonderful as per usual. The other gentleman was OK. I know he's worked there for years and has been good to me I don't like how he asked me if I knew what kind of charger? I also don't like how I had to go out to my car and search through trash to try to find an old Box in a bag when they knew I was there on Sunday saw me and you have my receipt on the computer I was on my way to work. I'm 56 years old. I'm a good customer and you allowed me to go rummage through my car for what reason? Then I was told after all that that you couldn't do the transaction at all because it had timed out of the system so to come back the next day Wednesday. I sent my husband in because the order was under his name anyways originally. He went in and had to start the whole thing all over again and was told that they had no idea of what he was talking about and they Could not replace the $52 vape? Then thank God for Jason, who fixed the situation. I'm really not impressed with not being able to refund something that with tax cost $62. Companies have quality assurance departments for a reason the reason being that not everything is perfect, and that some things will be defective. I just don't think it was a cool way to treat a long-standing customer that spends a lot of money there. And being an intelligent professional woman, definitely don't like being questioned like I'm an idiot. If you buy something open it and it works, you don't save the packaging anymore. What didn't work was the charging element and shaming customers for not keeping packaging and receipts when you have proof that they shopped there yourself is degrading to customers.
