I've had nothing but problems with Lume and after today I won't be back. I tried two of their house blend carts and neither one worked. Even after a few preheats and several pulls, I couldn't get anything out of them. No vapor at all. Two products, both basically unusable. On an earlier visit I asked for a straight sativa and they sold me Blue Dream by Mitten Extracts. I didn't find out it was a hybrid until I got home and tried it. It left me with clear couch lock, which I'm very susceptible to, so I can feel a hybrid when I've got one. Mitten Extracts isn't even their house brand, so there's no reason they'd be able to change what it is. I brought this up during today's visit, and that's when things went sideways. Instead of hearing me out, they got defensive and kept insisting that the way it's "cut" makes it a sativa, which makes no sense. The whole vibe was "we didn't sell you the wrong thing," rather than any interest in actually helping. It also didn't help that when I came in and told the employee I was looking for carts, he kept steering me toward pre-rolls and the flower wall, and I had to correct him more than once. When I asked to work with someone else, the whole staff turned defensive and the mood got hostile almost instantly. I didn't feel like a customer, I felt like a problem. So I left. Two dead products and a team that won't listen or take feedback. I won't be shopping here again.
