The queen checking people in is amazing. Love her everytime I come in. The tall darkskin guy with the attitude of a female. Will be the downfall of this company. It's empty everytime I come in. And imagine getting an attitude because I asked for an even 20$ worth of weed in being overcharged for anyways. I asked for a 3.5 he's me it's 25$ I ask do I have points he said "a whole 30cent " so rude I said well I won't use the ATM again can you make it 20$. He gets ignorant telling me it'll only be 2 grams I said I don't care if it's a 1.7 I just want it to be 20$ he takes one gram out and tells me it'll be 23$ what a joke😂 same 3.5 2 for 28 prepackaged and fresh at quality roots. You Try to support small businesses but the people they hire will be the downfall! The manager had him make the 3.5 20$ he says oh it's your lucky day. What a literal joke. Customer service piss poor. They should have the girls working and hire new men because they are unnecessarily rude to women.

I got my medical marijuana card as soon as it was legal in michigan. I have been going to dispensaries since they were scattered around Detroit, all on the DL. I am not a n00b. This is the first time that I had such an outstanding experience in a dispensary that I felt the need to share it online. Even though Eleven Cannabis has a limited inventory (being a smaller dispensary), they stock the good stuff. Sterling was my bud-tender, and he was kind, thoughtful, and this man knows his weed. I consider myself to be knowledgeable, but after trying what he suggested versus what I originally came for, I cannot deny that Sterling is The Weedmaster. For example, Sterling knows that metal heating metal creates impurities that are carcinogenic to inhale; his disposable vape pen suggestion uses ceramic. He knew what was the best choice. The whole environmental vibe in the dispensary was inviting, clean, and full of happy people who unabashedly celebrate the wonders of weed. Even the lady at the front desk was a joy. And they take Debit Cards!!!! You guys have a new loyal customer. Thank you!! (and friends, please don’t forget to bring a bit of cash so you can tip your bud-tender). Update: Jackie is awesome! She is so kind and helpful, happy to take her time with me and look through products + ingredients. Her friendly and chill demeanor is exactly what I needed today. Thank you!!! Update, 11/14/2025: Today is the anniversary of the opening of Eleven and their deals are phenomenal. Everybody was there, from Ooze, Legit Labs, and even Weedmaps. Even though they were busy, those budtenders know how to hustle and keep the line moving. Troy helped me out, and he was just the nicest guy - just joyful and hilarious! Super helpful, super knowledgeable; if he didn’t know the answer to my question, he asked somebody who did. Very thoughtful! Troy helped me get the best deals and I am a happy camper! This is a guy who you would want to have as a friend irl. I also ran into Adam again; he was as lovely as ever. Finally, if you want to see real life goddesses, they are at the front desk. They are the sweetest, most beautiful women who are always jovial and cracking jokes with me. They always offer helpful suggestions on deals before I go into bud-central. As always, thank you Eleven! I appreciate you guys so much!!!! (P.S. Their tip jars looked sad. These days, it is expected that you tip your budtender between 5-10%. Budtenders depend on tips; while they are helping you, I hope you return the favor and help them as well!) Update: 05/28/2026: Veronica is the kindest, sweet woman! Everybody who works at Eleven treats me like I’m family. They are officially my go-to dispensary. With such amazing people and excellent customer service, I don’t think I could ask for anything better! Thank you 11peeps! Update: 07/06/2026: I did a pre-order with curbside service for the first time. It was super easy and I had the joy of seeing Veronica for the second time. (She even remembered my dog who was with me again.) I cannot think of a single complaint! Thank you, Eleven! I don’t know how I would survive the migraines from these storms without you!!! Everybody is so kind and thoughtful - you always make my day better! :) 💗
