Well i just like to get stoned and relax. Roots for is close now I have little inter action with the staff except for the greeter checking identification most of the time it's hard to believe there human or lifeless drones zero eye contact lifeless. My only contact is with the counter people as most people I have had an excellent experience with the place im old school so I like the old school Hash , and to anyone who like myself who just didn't trust the Zipps well an OZ of premo bud for less than a hundred dollars who wouldn't be skeptical about them .some of the best weed taste high price 👌 I just wish they would take the time too let us know what type of flower it is hybrids or Sativa or my personal favorite IIndica believe it or not management some of us look on line before stepping into Roots house of dank 😀

UPDATED REVIEW: In retaliation to this one-star review, the business made the decision to ban me from every Quality Roots location citing that it was unacceptable how I was “targeting an employee” in my review. I attempted to contact the business multiple times and that is all they would say about the decision. Super weird and uncomfortable situation. Hopefully others see this and can avoid it happening to them. Oh. And they also sold us defective cartridges. I have bought many red bud roots carts over the past couple years and this store is the only one who has sold defective ones of this brand. You can see in the picture the oil leaked in to the mouthpiece of the cartridge. 3/30 afternoon less than a mile away from Quality Roots in Hamtramck: blue jeep trying to pass me on the shoulder of the road. I hold my horn for a while to make sure the person doesn’t hit me since they are driving erratically and seem to be under the influence. Driver then seems upset that I used my horn at them, proceeds to speed well over the speed limit to pass me. Driver turns out to be an employee at Quality Roots and they proceed to lie to staff - telling security guard Joseph that I was speeding and needed to slow down — tough to see how that adds up considering the worker started behind me and ended up passing me. It’s hard to feel comfortable coming back to the store knowing there is a worker there who endangers the lives of those around them and also tells lies to other staff in order to intimidate customers.
