I was charged $23 for a $10 item. They gave me change in cash when I paid in card. Still ended up paying $15 for half gram pre roll.

Very unprofessional! I "won" a prize pack on May 22, 2026 thru their Facebook page.( Apparently this was for a grand opening). I have called this business every week to try to make arrangements to claim my prize. I have spoken to two employees one male one female both on multiple occasions trying to claim prize. Both have acknowledged I have won a prize pack, and go into detail on what I have "won"! Only to be told at end of convo the owner will have to reach back out to me... Well here it is June 25th still NOTHING!
