I’m writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent phone interaction I had with your dispensary. On April 13, 2026, at approximately 3:30 PM, I contacted your location after being referred by another dispensary, simply to inquire about your products and pricing. What began as a respectful conversation quickly turned unprofessional due to the behavior of the staff member who answered the phone. The representative was extremely rude and dismissive, and the call ended with her hanging up on me. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business. As a medical patient who suffers from PTSD, I expect to be treated with care, patience, and respect. Additionally, my financial situation was already a concern, and I was simply seeking information. I do not appreciate being treated in such a disrespectful manner under any circumstances. Because of this experience, I will be reporting this incident to the appropriate state authorities. No customer—especially a medical patient—should be treated this way. There is always a professional and respectful way to communicate. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending your dispensary to others in Biloxi or along the Gulf Coast. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed so future customers are treated with the professionalism they deserve.

This place is a good sleeper on people. Don't judge it, because you'll miss out on products that are very affordable and they sell here and not other locations on the coast. They have accessories and things you need that aren't in other places. The crew here are cool 😎 they never judge and always say welcome in and goodbye have a nice day.

The customer service I recieve every time at Coast Dispensary is outstanding ! Larry's intellect and familiarization of cannabis is off the charts so he makes me comfortable to shop with someone that knows his work very well and April and Ashley are equipped with knowledge about their products as well which makes this team absolutely great ! Their prices are hands down the best on the coast and the transparency is top shelf with everything put into understandable terms even for the people who are trying to get an introduction into this awesome plant that has been helping lives for thousands of years. It's about time and Coast Dispensary is here to fulfill your needs !
