First off their prices are literally outrageous compared to any dispensary I’ve been to and the workers they literally just want your money and seemed like they were trying to make it as expensive as possible and you would think for a business that does cash only they would have a sign that said cash only.

Dear Heartland Labs, I have been a regular customer at this dispensary since 2022. In fact, for a long time it has been the only dispensary I truly enjoyed visiting. As someone who lives in a small town, the friendly, familiar atmosphere here used to be one of the best parts of the experience. It felt welcoming, relaxed, and genuinely community-oriented. I would have rated the environment a full 10 out of 10. Unfortunately, something has noticeably changed over time. As a medical patient, I no longer feel like I can take the time I need to comfortably shop or ask questions about products. The overall atmosphere now feels rushed and tense. I want to be very clear about something important: this is not a criticism of the employees. Every staff member I have interacted with has always been kind, professional, and helpful. They are clearly doing their best. However, the environment inside the store feels different than it used to. What was once calm, welcoming, and stress-free now feels pressured and hurried. From the front desk to the fulfillment area, the staff often appear overwhelmed and under significant pressure. From a customer perspective, it seems like operational changes were introduced that unintentionally shifted the culture of the store. The relaxed, community feel that made this location special seems to have been replaced by a more rushed and stressful environment. What makes this especially confusing is that this location has historically served a loyal local customer base and is the primary option for many of us within a large geographic area. The original atmosphere worked extremely well and was one of the reasons customers kept coming back. I’m sharing this feedback because many of us truly value this dispensary and the people who work there. The staff deserve a workplace that feels supportive and sustainable, and customers deserve the welcoming experience that originally made this location stand out. I hope this feedback is taken in the constructive spirit it is intended. I would love to see the Heartland location return to the relaxed, community-focused environment that made it such a great place to visit in the first place.
