Melissa was incredibly knowledgeable and provided top notch customer service. I'm a lighter user but went home fully understanding the product and happy with what I left with. Selection and employees like this is what makes me want to return. Someone give that woman a raise, she deserves it. I have worked in customer service jobs for almost 30 years and good people like her keep customers coming back.
