  Dont know how to store there products probably gotten 3 or 4 bad products products date back to January isn't a good spot for an experienced smoker verano looked bad cant believe they just got me for my birthday wouldnt never got back

However, when I reviewed my receipt, the taxes listed did not appear to add up to 25% of the purchase price. This left me feeling confused and uncertain about how the final amount was calculated. My advice to other customers is simple: before you leave the drive-thru, compare your Dutchie order confirmation with your printed receipt and verify the final amount you're being charged. Make sure the product, pricing, and taxes all match what you expected. I understand mistakes and pricing updates can happen, but transparency is important. I hope the dispensary can provide clearer explanations to customers regarding any price differences between online orders and pickup totals. Had I not reviewed my receipt afterward, I would not have realized there was an $8.20 difference between my order confirmation and what I was actually charged.

  I am very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a product that was previously suitable for my dietary and health needs, only to later discover that it now contains gelatin, which I cannot consume for health reasons. I politely requested either a an exchange for a non-gelatin alternative, but the company refused to accommodate me in any way. I expected at least some level of customer care and understanding regarding a health-related issue. I am very disappointed with the unpatriotic treatment and the lack of flexibility and compassion.

  Worst experience of any dispensary in the area. Rude employees at the drive thru window and price never matches whats shown online. Tried multiple times and have had a bad experience every time. Try Enlighten for a better drive thru experience and better prices. Any other dispensary but this one.

  This is a great place to shop with fast friendly service. The staff are polite and knowledgeable, and from what I've seen they seem to have some of the better deals/prices in the area. I had a very complicated product issue that they resolved so quickly with such a customer first attitude, that I was shocked with their response. It was a very pleasant experience overall and made me feel important as a consumer, which I think is so rare nowadays. I Highly recommend you check this place out if you can, I'm so glad I did.
