  Honestly the dispensary is fine but I placed an online order over two hours ago. I’ve called the store twice and they just keep telling me he’s coming but they can’t give me an ETA. Now it’s 10pm and the store is closing but they told me to keep waiting by my phone bc he’ll call when he’s outside. Not to mention I added a $10 tip. Never again.

  I’ve been to a few dispensaries, and good customer service definitely stands out. Wesley was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience comfortable. He pointed me in the right direction without trying to rush me through. You can tell he actually enjoys what he does and cares about helping people find what works for them. I’ll be coming back!!!!

  I go there often and the workers/security are always nice. I've never been disappointed with my purchases and the prices are decent. I'd recommend giving them a try and leave the "this place better be as good as this other place" mindset at the door. It's a dispensary not a restaurant.

  I had a great experience at High Stone Dispensary. The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in — everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without rushing me. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and professional. You can tell they really care about their customers and making sure you leave satisfied. Definitely one of the better dispensary experiences I’ve had, and I’ll absolutely be coming back.

  I've been to a lot of dispensaries, but this one stands out and it's almost entirely because of the people. Every single visit, I'm greeted with smiles and genuine gratitude. They make it feel like you’ve known them forever! Justin is the kind of person who makes you feel heard. He takes his time, asks the right questions, and actually listens before making a recommendation. I came in stressed and overwhelmed once, and he walked me through everything so patiently that I left feeling confident and taken care of. Wes is simply a wealth of knowledge. The guy knows the menu inside and out; strains, terpenes, effects, you name it. He explained the difference between products I'd been confusing for years with such clarity. It's obvious he genuinely loves what he does, and that enthusiasm is contagious. Steph is an absolute gem. She's fast, efficient, and somehow still makes every transaction feel personal.
