Never asked me if I was 1 st timer. Not busy at all. Second time in pop in during the worst rainstorm in a while, well showed id walked to back and was going to get 2 specials about $64.00 total shows the receipt with 30% off next time n they can't except it as it's already discounted.but it doesn't say that anywhere.but on next visit you can get 30%off next order and 35% on your 3 Rd visit. And there's no written anywhere in plan site or on receipt.Out of all the stores in the area you don't even make the top 10

I go here often, highland park herbalicity. The girl that assisted me with my online order was just nasty, there is no customer service at this store. Just a nasty person , not sure who hires these individuals but you need to check it out. Garbage 🗑️ and that’s after I ordered online and gave a tip as well, disgusting people. This was on Sunday 04/19 at 1130 am, so check the schedule of what girl was working .
