EXCEPTIONAL experience!! Riley Was extraordinarily knowledgeable and very, very helpful. There are so many dispensaries around now That we’ve seemed to lose the craft of understanding a patience needs. Not this Joint!! She took the time to analyze my interest and concerns and listened due diligently to my needs resulting in finding me everything I was looking for!! The ambience and employee energy was like nothing I’ve experienced at any other place. 👏 bravo to this wonderful establishment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I’ve been coming here since this dispensary opened, and my wife and I shop here all the time. We are not the type of customers who come in once a month to buy an ounce. We come here regularly and spend a lot of money here because you are open later than most places. This experience was enough to make us stop coming altogether. I usually shop the $150 ounce promotion. The website clearly says it is Mix n Match sizes to get to 28g to receive the discount. Most of the time there is barely anything to mix and match because almost everything is only sold by the ounce. Every now and then there are a few strains available in different weights, so that is what I ordered this time. I went to the Specials section, picked half an ounce of one strain, and four eighths of another strain. That still equals a full ounce. When I got to the store, the employee quoted me a much higher price. I told him that was wrong because everything I ordered was part of the promotion. He went to confirm it, then came back and told me it did not qualify because I chose four eighths instead of a packaged half ounce. That makes absolutely no sense. He literally brought me eight separate eighth jars anyway. Four of one strain and four of another. It is the exact same amount of flower. Nowhere on the website does it say four eighths of the same strain do not count toward the promotion or that it has to be a prepackaged half ounce. If that is your policy, then put it on the website instead of surprising customers at checkout. To make it even worse, after I left I went back on the website to take screenshots for this review. The strain they claimed had to be purchased as a half ounce does not even have a half ounce option on the menu anymore. The only available sizes are eighths. So how exactly is a customer supposed to buy a half ounce? Your own promotion says to mix and match sizes to reach 28 grams. It says nothing about four eighths of the same strain not counting. What bothered me the most was not even the price. It was how it was handled. They offered absolutely nothing to make it right. No discount, no store credit, not even a preroll as a goodwill gesture. Just, “There is nothing we can do.” The only reason my wife and I kept coming here was because you are open later than everyone else. It was never because of the customer service, the selection, or even the prices. We were loyal customers who came here often and spent a lot of money here. Instead of honoring your own advertised promotion or making things right over an issue caused by your own website, you chose to lose two regular customers. Advertising a promotion and then refusing to honor it because of an unwritten rule is unacceptable. If the rules are different from what your website says, update the website. Do not wait until customers show up expecting the advertised price and then tell them they do not qualify because of a policy that is never mentioned anywhere.
