  came from super out of town, and really liked this dispensary. check in person was very nice, and the budbtender was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. prices were on point for the area, and the product is high quality. will visit again when in the area!

  I have coming here since they opened. I was just there on June 26th and bought 2 one gram carts. The first one was fine. It ran out yesterday. Put in the second one yesterday and it doesn’t hit. I called up. They explained about the 48 hour window. Well that that explanation was late. It should have been told to the customer when buying it. I brought it back. You can clearly see it’s full. They didn’t care. I would have never thought you have to open everything the day you get it and try it. Ridiculous if you ask me. Their solution is oh well. We will give you 30 percent off of your next purchase. So I’m beat on the money I spent. Btw a replacement would have been fine. But spend more to make up for it. No wonder the place is always empty when I go. I’m very disappointed and am already spreading the word. It’s a shame they do business like this. Especially with another dispensary Dispensary 3 blocks away. I will never go back or recommend them. But the front counter staff is amazing. I will say that.

  Customer service is awesome. They all will share and educate. I never feel rushed. They off small vendor products. Some are grown with lights and some with sunlight. They are informative as far as the vendors, the growing and the terpines.

  I've been to their store several times the last time I went there.I bought two vapes i had them for a couple days. Then, I went away 3 or 4 days when I came back, I tried to use the vapes, they didn't work no more. They died on me. I spent a hundred hours on the two vapes so I called them and I spoke to somebody he tried to blame me.I store them wrong, but I told them I bought other vapes there.And he never gave me a problem.And then he tries to blame the people there they bought him off of so I asked them, was it me or the other people?He couldn't give me the me answer. So we told me to come in. I went there and there was a young kid there. He tried to tell me we can't take those back. I'll give you 30% on new ones. So that means I lose a $100. Thank you. I guess you need the money more than I do. They got kids working there. No good customer service. So they beat me for a 100 hours. That's crazy. A store like that should appreciate their customers. Not look down on them. It's a shame because I like that store and I started going there all time, and I spent a good amount of money there because vapes aint cheap. So I would never step another foot in that store every day in my life. I don't care 1 bit anymore, but I'd like to let people know how they treat you when you have a problem. Horrible.
