Came in get my usual and the cashier always gives me change because I use card and this time a new guy rung me up and he was hesitant to even give me my receipt when I checked my receipt I realized he took money from me and put it in his own tip jar.

Shady. They overcharged me $70 and when I called in they made an excuse and said the discount didn’t apply, like it was a valid explanation. That would be bait and switch . Then the next explanation was it was not them that charged me. They use a third party and comes out at PAI ATM south bound brook. Then they said they would call me back and did not. I called and my call was not answered or returned. I notified my bank and they will be able to confirm it was Rushbudz, unlike what they are claiming. The reviews are accurate. There are missing items and overcharges and barely anyone at the door checking IDs. Worst of all, they used to sit in their car and mean mug me and watch me as I walk to the car. I was so uncomfortable. I called multiple times telling them as a woman I am uncomfortable doing a transaction through a window. It turns out it is ILLEGAL in NJ for dispensaries to make sales through the car window. Of course I will be reporting all of this. It is unprofessional and pathetic to lose a consistent customer over a $70 scam, that my bank will return to me regardless.
