I can never come back to this location after what happened today they overcharged me on an online order adding multiple items to the order I remembered to save my online receipt so they had to give my money back but no dispensary has this type of issue

*Terrible location with a good storefront and a *mixed bag of workers. Store is well maintained and looks good, but the kiosk and night management are abysmal. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful…always making sure to hook me up with swag whenever they can. Edit: 7/17/2026 I am editing my review as I had an extremely unpleasant and stressful visit. The manager on duty, who I will get the name of later, was extremely dismissive, argumentative, and lacked customer service skills beyond helping people with basic decision making. My visit starts— I come in and look at the deals on the tablet. “BOGO Smoke Vapes Mix and Match, Any and All Strains, All Day Everday, While Supplies Last!”. Sounds good but I want to hear more. I go to the budtender and he pulls up the same deal that showcases 6-8 options to choose from. After discussing the deal over with some other product offerings I go back to my tablet to make my choices. As I go to add to my cart it glitches out and so I go to another associate for help. He sees these deals, comes across the same issue, and looks to his manager in confusion. Cue problems. This manager says about ten different things. “supplies are out”… but the product that was just offered is still in stock. “it was just one specific product and that product is out of stock” but it showed 6-8 options. “you don’t understand how our deals work, they change hourly. the deal ended before you even walked in the store”. it went on and on. meanwhile by this point the entire deal has vanished from the screen (within 5 minutes) and more excuses kept being thrown my way as I pull in the previous associates who also saw the deal one minute ago “all day everyday, while supplies last” After every third excuse from the manager the conversation devolves into him saying things like throwing his hands up “what do you want me to do?” in an extremely dismissive manner. He brings up how it’s “his store” and so I then mention it should be his job to look for and come up with satisfactory resolutions in these situations not to dismiss, or make the customer seem like they are crazy. I try to walk away from this interaction multiple times and he actually has the amazing customer service acumen to come back and keep restart the conversation about, now, he’s “not looking for resolution anymore” and that he didn’t like being argued at with in front of “his customers”. Yea? And customers don’t like being made to feel crazy for spending 10 minutes consulting two associates about an advertised deal and expect an establishment to honor said very specific and advertised deal. Maybe some de-escalation training that maintains resolution be at the forefront of customer service issues. Night manager 7/17/2026 10pm

Stopped in this awesome dispo today and was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and a welcoming vibe. The scent of this place is amazing, smells like a luxurious hotel. There is a great selection of flower products, from Doobie Labs, Runtz, Smart Bud & Preferred. I had such a great experience with Seth & Madison. They took care of me like family. I will be a returning client great service & great products.
