Last time I was here the tender made the whole experience feel rushed and that I was somehow an idiot for not being able to grasp her lingo-laden offerings. Like do you want people to buy from you or not? I've had several terrible TENDER experiences here and only go when they have deals that make the terrible experience "worthwhile". Like, dudes, come-on...partake and chill...it's NOT THAT SERIOUS. I don't need to know the new cool code words just to buy legal weed, ffs. (I'm also someone who orders a "medium" at starbucks though, lol) ETA: Also...the last few times I went to the store specifically for deals they had advertised...they weren't available. Like the $0.01 pre-roll? nope, we're out and the horrible tender was so condescending about it when I asked. Kinda hate this place for the experience and how it makes me feel after. edit--and this (store response) is why ULTRA is my goto weed store. (shoutout to austin and alyssa at ULTRA!)

Love this place but the one bud tender.never ever gives you the freebie your supposed to get spent 75, no freebies. The guy next to me spends 50, his tender let me get you a couple prerolls on us. Pisses me off the guy can't do his job right and is essentially ripping off the customers as you are supposed to get the freebie. Tyler is his name I think younger kid that wear the beanie.
