I've been to multiple Gnomad locations and had great experiences. Budtenders are always friendly and very often professional. Unfortunately my experience here was less than ideal. My father and I came in to get a $30 ounce, and we mentioned this to the budtender upon entry. We were the only customers in the store at that point. We also stated that we wanted to look around for something premium to try out, so we were pointed in the appropriate directions. During this time service was excellent. Moments later, however, another customer entered the store. They seemed very close with the budtender, and were even handed keys to the display case to grab their own flower. The flower in question was the last $30 ounce in the store, and the budtender sold it to the other customer while we were waiting in line behind her. My father and I chose not to remain in line after that. I'm very disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed. We very clearly stated we would be purchasing that when we arrived, but the budtender did not remove it from the case, and instead sold the last one right in front of our eyes. I don't think we'll be returning to the Roswell location in the near future.

When a customer comes into the store and asks for a product and you give some random person that walks in after a key and they take what the customer just asked for, that is WILDLY unprofessional. I don't care if it's another employee or a friend. Whatever manager sees these reviews, please talk to your employees because this behavior is entirely unacceptable. And for future customers, please be mindful that the employees at this shop are extremely unprofessional.

I just walked out. When I entered and was greeted I told the associate what I wanted but they did not get it for me. While I was looking elsewhere another customer came in and asked for the same thing and was given the product immediately. It was the last one of its kind. The associate wasted a lot of time chatting about their personal life while promoting an out of band product (something they make and sell personally , unofficial). Once I saw she had given my product away. It’s a real shame. I make a point to visit Gnomad specifically and I’ve always had such great service. That loyalty is now dead. If the owner reads this I was at the Roswell location. Your people do not have your business interests in mind at this location.
