    Update 7/2/26 Great selection of Medical grade and recreational products. Bud Tenders and management have excellent product knowledge. I appreciate the customer service . Update: The owner went out of his way to contact me the same day and he was very pleasant speaking on the phone. Gave me the correct flower based off my dollar amount I paid on my next trip. I also observed on my next visit that he took the time to educate his staff with better coustomer service ediquet outside building which makes customer feel safer inside the building during there purchase. The owner also educated staff on customer service phone ediquet I observed on my next call. Bud's and More in Tucumcari N. M. Great customer service!! Original post: New young man help me today and asked for ID only. Never asked me for my medical card. He assumed I didn't have medical license and charged me TAX. Didn't realize till I was in car traveling home and look at reciept wondering why I didn't get more product than requested. My product was cut short because he charged me TAX. I called right away and same young man answered the phone. I explained that he charged me TAX and his response was ''well you are supposed to show me your medical card and you did not. Sorry'' In the future please have outside door attendant ask all customers to have out driver licenses and medical marijuana card please.
