I’ve gone to many dispensaries before and am in the customer service industry myself and I must say- the SECOND we walked in, Charles and Khalil had the BEST energy, so helpful and so patient. When they were checking our IDs, Charles immediately shouted happy birthday to one of my friends who birthday was that day and started singing and celebrating her (she’s a Leo, so he knew his audience). Then, they proceeded to ask us not only what we were looking for, but what experience we wanted and where we were going that day etc to give us the best recommendation. They let us smell and see so many different strains, until we found what we wanted. You can tell they love what they do, enjoy where they work, and value their customers. 100/10 experience and will 100000% be recommending anyone I know
