10/10 and a nice find while escaping the summer heat. Terris helped me out and the customer service and product knowledge was great. The space has local art on the wall, the space is thoughtfully organized with helpful product information, and the staff is friendly. Also, I got a cute animal print lighter holder with the purchase of a lighter 😊

By far the best dispensary I've been to in all of nyc!!! Not only is the team incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but the store has a great selection of product with prices for everyone! Shout out to Aliyah, she was incredible with her recommendations and you can tell she has extensive knowledge on strains and terpenes, will be back! xoxo

It’s concerning from a new customer pov when a company downplays negative comments directed toward employees, and products. Especially when they state “you didn’t purchase our product” which doesn’t make sense because why would someone make comments on weed from a different place directed toward this establishment.

Stopped by The Gallery during our visit to Dumbo, and it absolutely exceeded expectations. The ambience is clean, modern, and really thoughtfully designed—welcoming without feeling overwhelming. Staff were knowledgeable, approachable, and took the time to explain products without any pressure. The product selection was impressive, with a wide range of high-quality options for different preferences and experience levels. Everything felt well-curated and organized, making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. Overall, the vibe was relaxed, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re looking for a great experience from start to finish.

We stopped by during our visit to Dumbo and were really impressed with the professionalism and customer service. Yes, it takes a few minutes to check in, but once you get inside, it's worth it. We discussed our needs with the staff member, and he directed us to exactly what we were looking for. The place was clean and overall a great experience. I wish I could remember the name of the employee who helped us- he was great. It was the morning of May 2nd. We were also happy with all our goodies!
