  stopped in today on a whim after driving thru the area and seeing the good reviews. they had a good selection, but that was pretty much the only positive about this place. the employee behind the counter didn’t speak a W O R D to me, even when i approached the counter, said hello, and asked how she was. instead we were met with silence and stank face for literally no reason at all. it was the most uncomfortable and awkward interaction i’ve ever had. i felt like i was bothering her for being there. i even asked my partner on the way out “did i do something wrong? she didn’t talk the entire time”. we also weren’t ID’d or screened at all. it was just super weird. not the best experience. :(

  The customer service and atmosphere are truly unparalleled. As soon as I walked in, the owner greeted me, helped me through a brief ID process, ushered me in and was so kind and professional. Everyone was welcoming and Lindsay who helped me could not have been sweeter. The free sample edible and local discount were incredibly sweet gestures and will make me come back asap! I can’t wait to come back to this dispensary that’s doing something no other dispensary is doing perfectly, HOSPITALITY! Love them and they’re going to definitely be my new regular dispensary. Edit 7/6/2026 Went in today on my lunch break and had such a nice time chatting with bud tender Joe and the owner. They make you feel like family, like community and valued. Stop in next time you’re on wolf road to see what I mean!

  Love it. The store is relatively small inside, but their selection most definitely isn’t. I recommend looking at Dutchie to decide what you want, and either place it as an order for pick up or just come in to talk about it. They have a reward system for frequent customers, which is always nice. But they go much further with their customer satisfaction than I used to. My last purchase at the store ended up totaling $101.65, but knowing I had exactly $100 the cashier was ready to write off the 1.65. Thankfully, I found 1.55 in change so I didn’t feel so bad, but it’s just a level of customer hospitality that is rare these days. Anytime I’m in Albany, I love going here. Thanks for everything.

  Man. I love cannabis for my health conditions and just to feel healthy and relaxed. These wonderful people have it all!!!! So much to choose from! I love shopping the website and there's a rewards program!!!! The staff is incredible, I'm gonna get a Tee-shirt to show them off! They are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and keep the place gorgeous and clean. I won't give my business to anyone else. I just need them to order a 3X mens Tee if they can. I hope business continues to be incredibly awesome for them! To add one more thing, I like the safety of the store! Makes me feel more comfortable!

  Purchased a pre-roll, was horribly packed (bottom quarter of the cone was empty and had to be packed down). It tasted like either really old dried out green or something was mixed in. Between this experience and the high prices, will not return.
