Found Cloud 9 on vacation from NY state, and we had an amazing experience. The ability to actually smell and see the product, as well as being able to order a wide selection of product “deli style” was wonderful. The Bud Tender was also extremely knowledgeable doing an awesome job matching it what we were looking for and sharing their favorite strains. I’ll be back anytime I’m lucky enough to be back in VT.

I've been in a few times since Cloud 9 has opened and it's mostly been good but the past 2 times that I've gone in there has been a man with glasses and a hat on working who is just incredibly unfriendly. The first time he just was not nice and I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Today, I went in and was simply asking a question about the website, trying to figure out how the deals work and he cut me off mid sentence with a rude remark. I will just make the extra drive to the Poultney dispensary if this continues, honestly.

So after visiting several dispensaries in the local area I found one and only one that tops them all ! You all ready for this one ? Nope it’s not here. I’ll explain way they may think they have the boardwalk with 4 hotels on it but I found way better product and The prices and rude staff members . You think your local 10% off seals the deal ? Your competitors offer 20% off and tax exempt. That’s all I’m saying.
