I have stopped in 4 times, every time everyone is so helpful with finding exactly what I am looking for. The atmosphere is inviting and vibrant and the customer service is always top notch. Super helpful on answering questions about the different shops in the plaza too. Had an off topic question about the furniture store they were able to answer and also about the vape store. You immediately feel like family walking in. No awkward staring or silence. Will continue to be one of my favorite dispensaries especially among our small towns.

I really hate to put a negative review on a business in my home town but Saturday I stopped at Greenwich dispensary and ordered a gram of live resin I asked Brandon if it was sugar he said no it not it's wetter live resin so I picked it up payed for it left 20 mins later open it it up and there dried out diamonds with no terps no big deal right I'll return it so I go back explain the situation Brandon calls the owner Thomas this is were things start to go bad I told him it's not what I wanted and it was packaged wrong this is where the unprofessional side of this business comes out sorry can't return it because it's not defective you won't return it when the mistake was made by your sales man? Then after getting in a screaming match back and forth he returned it and paid 10 bucks more for what I was looking for after telling him I'm not shopping there again if he doesn't replace it after Brandon checks me out he throws my change on the floor and has a hissy fit other customers saw this childish transaction and will not shop here again if you want better prices better service and just a overall satisfaction go to windy hill wellness brownies in schylerville or 3rd rock in South glensfalls
