Don’t buy dabs. They don’t know how to handle them. It’ll be all over the lid. BUT MAKE SURE TO NOT OPEN IT ON THERE PROPERTY TO CHECK IT BECAUSE THATS ILLEGAL. Wait till you’re all the way home and then drive back to fix it.

Fire whoever pushed the update to the online ordering. It used to be simple, quick and efficient. Is now a bloated, slow nightmare. Go back to the old ordering system if you can't release one that works.

Editing to mention— this store has roaches. Big ones that crawl all over the reception floor. Employees either don’t notice or don’t care. I felt gross being in there!

Always trying to figure a way to discount your medical 30% discount you’ll order something online only to get there to find out they substitute for something similar their brand or what not I had originally gave two stars and the reason was what I had stated above went back just the other day and it’s even worse now if you have a medical license and you shop here they’re still charging you tax and you do not get any discount whatsoever it’s not even stacking. It’s just basically them wiping away the sale price that you get or your discount which doesn’t make sense to me because if you walk in there without a license, you get the discount, but you do pay taxes I get it but if you walk in there with your license and a medical excuse with your license now all of a sudden you don’t get your discount, especially when you can order this online at Herbal dispose and get stronger THCA but when you break it down it converts the THC as soon as you heat it up and it’s much cheaper delivered to your door so if you get 41% TACA that’s equivalent to about 37% 36 no lower THC I’m starting to think this medical license is a rip off, but the customer service is great as far as greeting you and helping you place and pick up your orders, but the system they implemented is wrong

I like these guys, especially since they negotiated an end to the strike out in front of their location. They have pretty good deals, good hours, the tenders are knowledgeable. Chill vibes and enough staff the wait times are a lot better. Online ordering works like a gem. However the Vapen brand that they favor as a store brand has gone downhill rapidly in the past few months. If you are looking for a jar of brown butane sludge that makes you physically ill, buy Vapen concentrates. If you care about your health, your lungs, or the purge process in your concentrate, do not buy Vapen brand concentrates. They have been consistently bad for months now.

Someone suggested this place to me and I have been going back ever since. The atmosphere is amazing and very welcoming. The people are very kind and sweet and very personable. I really enjoyed feeling like I’ve been going there my first time. Also shout out to Alexis, she was amazing. She was very informative and very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. And the receptionist she was amazing as well. I had called prior to coming in and she was just as friendly and vibrant and pleasant on the phone as she was in person. I really wish that I had gotten her name. But she had pretty press-ons (she had to pry one out of her puppies mouth) hopefully that helps lol

Went there yesterday to pick my stuff up. When I placed the order online it was one price got there and it was another.. they even went in the back and receipt that said it was the price I said , but instead of the manager Kaitlyn acknowledging the price it told me on the receipt I was charged like $7 more than what I was supposed to pay, it’s not about the $7 it’s the principle, I’ve never expirenced this now where else , that’s why I’ll take my drive and go to zips .
