Came in today after trulieve was out of wifi for today. Best dispensary I’ve ever been in. Paperwork was quick and easy. Charles or Carlos (sorry couldn’t make out the name on the card) was so wonderful and helpful. He took care of me in a timely manner and was respectful and nice and gave a lot of good advice to me today. Thank you.

I was unable to place a pickup order through the app or website due to some technical difficulties and honestly, most people would probably be a little irritated with that. The whole team is always so helpful and I look forward to stopping in! Zack, the manager, has the best energy. Personable, friendly and maintains a positive attitude no matter the situation. Zack went above and beyond to help me place my order and showed me how to work around the technical challenges. I've worked in in the industry the last couple of years and have stopped in many dispensaries across the country. It's really hard to maintain that "small town" feel in larger organizations and this team in particular has managed to do that. They all deserve to be recognized :)
