  They are slow, but then rushed through the transaction and didn’t engage much. Asked for help picking a new high dose gummy. Other dispensaries I’ve been to will flip their screens to show the products so I can see for myself. They acted like ringing people up is such a hassle on its own. I should have left when they skipped my friend and then told him he’d have to go back out and come back in showing his ID. Even through he never left the room. Weird, won’t be back. Lesson learned.

  Amazing experience the awesome friendly service, good pricing and decent prices although the two Graham rhythm prices are a little high than most places on those, always room for perfection.   Got in and out fast the only reason I came here is cause nars cannabis reserve was closed cause I didnt make it in time paid nearly double what I would've paid at nars for 2 carts

  #1:Waiting in the lobby 10 Plus minutes just to get in the back and still have to wait and get passed up by people with med Cards 🙅🏾‍♂️🙅🏾‍♂️🙅🏾‍♂️🙅🏾‍♂️ I’ve been there multiple times and they seem to always be shortstaffed and they Tell customers that as if it’s not their problem!!!🤨 #2:Them calling your Government name Out loud In the lobby and Again once you get to the back🙅🏾‍♂️🙅🏾‍♂️🙅🏾‍♂️🙅🏾‍♂️🙅🏾‍♂️🙅🏾‍♂️🙅🏾‍♂️ No privacy!!!!!!!! And only two kiosk tablets available on the floor is ridiculous!! #3: The tenders are often too chatty with the customers leading to longer weight times and less productivity I get make sure the customers have a good experience, but that doesn’t mean Put on a pot of coffee and Kick it with the customer for Half hour 🤦🏽‍♂️ #4: need more chairs around that place the two chairs once you get to the back it’s just diabolical. You might as well. Just remove them! Really could just Go for some new chairs all together that can be easily wiped down at the end of the day!! & the lobby chairs look like patio furniture and some random Funeral parlor chair 🤦🏽‍♂️ #5: Super hard to understand the vibe in this dispensary,🧐🤨 it just gives you that feeling like The cops are going to be waiting on you Once you get outside 🤦🏽‍♂️ ……… I just feel like they catered to a certain type of crowd here Just my opinion!🤔

  The reception guy was very rude is name is Dustin michael B and he has drity blonde hair, with a full brown beard, after I had asked him for his name, he denied me his name.He was very rude.I asked him if he could just be patient.Why I find my thing on the bmv app and he told me to get out and leave the building until I find it . After I have already showed him valid ID on my phone . The guy is very rude. Please contact me because the way I was treated is not OK. Do better

  I’ve been to The Botanist multiple times, and while the dispensary itself may look nice and seems to be one of the more popular spots in the area, the customer service has been very disappointing. On my most recent visit, there was an issue with my order and how my rewards were applied. I noticed the price didn’t seem right and brought it up before leaving, but the employee brushed it off and walked away. Once I got outside and checked everything more closely, I realized my order was in fact wrong, so I went back in to explain the issue and ask for it to be corrected or refunded. Instead of simply listening or trying to fix the problem, I was told not to “get aggressive,” even though I never raised my voice. I was only trying to explain that my order was wrong and that the items connected to my rewards should have been included properly. The frustrating part is that I earned those rewards by spending money there. It shouldn’t feel like the staff is doing me a favor when I’m using rewards that are part of their own program. I’ve had similar awkward experiences before when trying to use rewards or get items that were supposed to be included, and the attitude makes it feel like the customer is the problem. Mistakes happen. I understand that. But how those mistakes are handled matters. A simple apology, correction, or refund would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and the customer service at The Botanist needs to be better.

  I went there last night I tell a worker about my little brother who went home to be with Jesus last week and the worker say life happens that's wasn't right way telling me about my little brother the worker should be more nice about that, the boss should talk too his workers

  Highly upset at these dispensaries as if when issues happen yall should help us customers out and not point us to cultivators what they goin do. Yall should be able to give credits when issues happen or replace what is lost I will never shop with wondergrove again if I pay for a half I should get a half regardless this is highly frustrating especially if your on budget and you somewhat rely on having this instead of taking prescriptions drugs for rest of my life. On top that these we the people need to be treated better and you can’t say u been in my situation when you can replace what got messed up and the company does nothing for you but give you someone else to deal with that frustration in it self. Yall got come up with a better system for issues as such cause I know I’m not the only one that’s been shorted before but to come from a place that we as the people expect things to be weighed properly is ridiculous.
