If you dont open up til 11 am because high street was closed you shouldn't send a text saying its ready at 830 am. Your website updates daily but you couldn't put that little diddy in? Pro tip theres other routs than high street to get there, but sending a text saying its ready when youre not even open is asinine, sounds like the place needs new management. Nice blanket corporate response, I see your stars are going down on here.... Ill continue to skip this place and recommend others avoid it ad well.
