This place is always understaffed when i come, crowded rooms, 1-2 workers, i cant imagine its a payroll issue because prices here are insane. Online prepaid orders still get you sent to the back of the line of people still browsing for what they want.

Well, I tried to go here…. Got buzzed to the back stood there, they even let somebody cut me in line and nobody offered to help me. Nobody asked me anything. I just stood there looking dumb until I asked somebody to point me towards the exit at which point they did lol Didn’t even ask if there was something they could help me with or nothing SMH

Low quality products from the carts to even their batteries. Out of the 6 dispensaries I've been to in Ohio this is the one I'd rate the lowest so far. Service leaves a lot to be desired, but not having good products and limited selection is more important. Will not return but hope they improve!
