Guy at the front held me 15 minutes to tell me he can’t get me in with my Ohio medical card, my Ohio drivers license, and I KEPT TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO HIM that the website of marijuana registry gave me a problem When renewing my license and didn’t allowed me to update my driver license to Ohio. EVERY DISPENSARY IN ALL OHIO including Cincinnati has accepted me just my proving I have my Florida license picture because I’m already identifying myself with both my medical Ohio and drivers license. This guy is a joke he mocked at me instead of suggesting me to walk inside as recreational, wasted my time and didn’t allowed me to speak. Obviously needs to be taken care of. And never coming back to this place and will report for denying my medical care.

EDIT.... THIS USED TO BE MY GO TO DISPENSARY. HERE LATELY THERE PRICES ARE VERY HIGH AND THEY NEVER HAVE STUFF ON SALE. ALSO THERE INDIGENT AND VETERANS DISCOUNT IS ONLY 10 PERCENT. DRIVE DOWN THE STREET AND GET A BETTER DEAL AND BETTER MARIJUANA...New dispensary on the Westside of columbus. THIS IS A REAL DISPENSARY, ITS ON THE MEDICAL MARIJUANA WEBSITE, with that said this was my first time going on 06/06/25 and it was great! The prices were amazing and the people were very knowledgeable, kind, patient and willing to work with everyone. I've been to every dispensary probably in columbus and as of right now if there prices continue the way the are this will be my ( and should be yours ) number one spot! I will probably go back in 2 weeks and update my review when I do.

I tried to give this dispensary the benefit of a doubt, but they've tried the same thing too many times. All depending on who works there depends on what time they close those doors, Today I was at the door at 9:43. The door was locked and they proceeded to tell me that they cannot take my business because they were closed. I asked them I thought you guys closed at 9 PM. They proceeded to tell me that they shut the doors and lock them at 9:45. It was 943 so I asked them why the door was locked. The gentleman proceeded to tell me that there was another dispensary right up the street which I was very aware of. They just have bad practices during the snowstorm. They kept multiple customers outside in the parking lot. Wow they kept the doors shut when they were clearly open.
