6:35 p.m. on a Thursday (06/25/26) Permanently Closed. No longer any evidence of it existing other than the empty store it was in.

I've been coming to the location on prospect (elite leaf 1) for 7 months or so, we spend enough to qualify for points and had recently called to find out points. After holidays anyone could understand being tight with funds especiallyif you have kids, I was told I had "X" points. I come in 4 days later, the gentleman behind the counter wasn't the IMAGE you want representing customer service with, also isnt providing the interactions you provide with PATIENTS he providing the interactions you get of an LA street dealer aften stating what I wanted to smell in the pricerange that I needed to use my "$X" in points - he then told my I had less than half of the points I was just told 4 days prior. Noted I won't be encouraging my mother and aunt to go to that location due to that experience, the employee wasnt budging on seeing as to why I claim there's for sure more. Due to his lack of interest to providing customer service or provide a friendly and comfortable experience I called this location elite leaf 2 to discuss my concerns. Not only did Christina provide me customer service I needed by having a friendly tone and inquisitive to my concerns, she didn't talk down on the other store or that employee, she explained a process change and that employees manually add points and sometimes it's forgotten but she looked at my history and saw countless times it wasn't added. I mentioned that we drive from MACOMB to there which is over an hour but over 2 hours round trip and we do it due to quality and safe flower. Christina mentioned other benefits as a patient I can receive as well as assure me she would adjust my account to reflect my purchases. I know there's a lot of places but we come for quality of the flower that we need to medicate and obviously money isn't always easy for everyone to acquire. So you can imagine saving money for your meds and end up using your grocery store money to pay for the additional cost you didn't expect at the pharmacy. Thank you again Christina for your help.
