  They have a new higher (older female) that works there. This is the second time only the battery on a disposable vape was checked but a messed up top was missed and she didn’t want to exchange or refund it despite being purchased minutes prior. The rare occasions it had happened over the past 2 years, it was not an issue. I don’t wanna rip in store, nor do they want me to and the guys always take care of me. I was always told if something goes wrong with it the first couple days to bring it back as long as it is full it will be switched out. She tells me I have to check them before I leave; meaning the batteries so we make sure those work. I told her I can’t smoke them now as it isn’t legal plus I don’t wanna be super stoned. I leave in to get rush to work and opt to humor her assuming it wouldn’t be an issue if I had to walk back in.. I open this see one vape had a split along the plastic seem and you can hardly see it. However air expose is turning the concentrate black. Since I walked to my car and didn’t hit it inside (which I have been told is illegal and they typically don’t want us to) it won’t be changed out. At this point the young girl that was there is in the back, I need to leave and don’t want to argue so I figure I’ll return later as other staff that trained her wouldn’t have done this. If they don’t take care of it, I have just wasted money because she will not exchange it despite the fact that I had left less than 5 minutes prior and didn’t leave the parking lot. I have been a long term customer here and this is a first for me. Now I have to drive all the way back to show the owner while he is there. This is why all places give at least a day or have some police in place for this as the law doesn’t allow them to smoke inside dispos. We shouldn’t be expected to rip product in the store when it isn’t even legal to do so. It makes me so sad because this is my favorite place. I just need to limited it to days she doesn’t work apparently. I took a video showing it doesn’t work, took photos of my calls to try and get the manager or one of the guys that trained her (the phone number doesn’t actually work) and will drive across town for this. I’m giving 3 stars. It had been a favorite of mine when I used to work nearby and I continued to drive across town for them. I am just getting too much damaged/expired product recently to take the risk of that is the policy enforced by one staff member. Aside from that they have great staff and great selection that restocks often. I go love to support them I just feel that support doesn’t feel as though it is being appreciated due to a lack of communication between staff and/or a misunderstanding of laws/product quality and how it applies to their polices. I understand being weary of a brand new client etc. However for a loyal customer, it is a bit less understandable for considering the time frame. This reviews was written 14 minutes after my purchase was made****

  I absolutely hate this place from the atmosphere to the service to mostly important the products ALL SUCK!! check dates before you leave because now that they are stingy on letting you smell the weed CHECK THE DATES I bought a half from them (TOP SHELF MIND YOU) one SECOND later when I opened the weed it was the most powered dry weed turns to literal unsmokeable powdered keef. I went back in and said can I please trade the unopened 7.0 and they said it was my fault we had a little back and forth till I finally was like so y’all gone keep this?? It is UNSMOKABLE!! they said they would trade it for something better for 5 EXTRA DOLLARS!!! I only came here because my dispensary is closed and they recommended these people by name…. They gone hear my mouth too! Thanks for coming to my Ted talk I’m taking a t break bc them 😭

  I go here one day it's cash only over 40 dollars. The next time they pretend when I ask if it's cash only that they don't know what I'm talking about like they never told me cash only. So I pay with card. Then the next time it's cash only.. then the next they pretend they never told e that.. It's ridiculous. I do have my medical catd.. I know they will sell to you if iu don't have a card..maybe that's why. If you have a card you can use your debit if you don't have one it's cash only.. But they never ask anyone for a medical card
