Great customer service however it is extremely too hot in there and when I said something to the budtender about it, he said that the owners do not allow them to touch the thermostat and if they do, they get in trouble, that is unacceptable and is a hazardous working condition.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unexpected Stop. Ended Up Staying. I’m Hilton, 21, a student at Oklahoma State, and I honestly just pulled into Proud Mary on a random afternoon with zero expectations. I had some time to kill, figured I’d check it out, and ended up staying way longer than I planned. First thing you can feel the difference when you walk in. It doesn’t feel rushed, transactional, or like they’re just trying to push product. It’s clean, intentional, and actually welcoming. That’s rare. What stood out to me most was how knowledgeable everyone was without being overwhelming. They actually take the time to explain things in a way that makes sense, whether you’re new or you already know what you like. No pressure, no weird vibes just real conversations. I also didn’t expect to hang out as long as I did. The energy in there makes you want to stay. It felt more like a boutique experience than just a dispensary. You can tell there’s thought behind everything from the setup to the product selection. As someone my age, I’ve been to places that feel either too clinical or too chaotic. This was neither. It hit that perfect middle professional but still cool. Ended up leaving with way more than I planned (in a good way), and I’ve already told a few friends at OSU they need to make the drive.
