There is a reason the latest reviews are so low. If jess is still there that is a big reason. There are plenty of better dispensaries in the area

Austin is awesome he has helped me and my husband a lot and plays appropriate work place music. He’s always in a good mood and respectful and answers questions without judgement and has a goofy personality.

I personally enjoy this dispo the people(Austin) are great they listen to there costumers needs and wants witch is cool they don’t try and sell you the most expensive stuff they work with you not against you

If Austin ever quits, I’m gonna need a support group. 😂 Dude knows his stuff, always has solid recommendations, and somehow remembers what I like better than I do. Every time I walk into Weed Again, I leave happier than when I came in (coincidence? I think not). Great prices, awesome selection, and customer service that keeps me coming back.

I usually love this store but after seeing what i saw Tuesday I am disgusted with the management! Never have I seen someone disrespect their employees so aggressively! The bearded guy (cant remember name) should definitely get more training or be fired!! I hope something gets done about this because you can not go around treating your employees like children and expect a good team!!! Disgusting !!°

Edit: Austin, our bearded Wonder, is amazing. Always has been, always will be. This new tall skinny dude? He gotta go. My husband just had the most disrespectful interaction we have ever experienced coming to this particular business. We’ve been coming here since 2022, and I’ve seen lots of strange things inside dispensaries. What I haven’t ever seen or expected was to walk into your establishment to find a budtender on the phone, not a store phone mind you but a personal one, and not even give a simple greeting. Instead once my husband was looking he impatiently asked, “are you waiting for ME?” Husband responded, “I mean you can finish your conversation I guess. I’m just looking at why you’ve got.” He went BACK to his phone call and when your employee was done that was when he decided to walk over and assist with the purchase. Still didn’t greet my husband, and rather than asking politely he just sort of “so what do you want.” I know losing two people probably won’t matter to that man, but I hope it matters to the owner. This used to be the best and cheapest place to get marijuana. I used to not understand why people don’t wanna come back. I get it now. I wish the kind people working here the best of luck, but I’m never coming here again. I don’t care if it’s close I’ll suffer the walk or drive to other friendly places.

This store uses account systems for rewards and for whatever reason they made 2 accounts for me but my birthdate was incorrect on one of the accounts. Both of my accounts had rewards on them so when I went in a few days ago to check out I told the budtender about it. I was talking to him a minute before happy hour closed and because I had to explain about their mistake and wait for him to figure that situation out he did not honor the discount for the happy hour special. I didn’t notice it at first but I noticed once I left. I came back a few days later and I inquired about the incident with a different budtender, I explained what happened and she said she would put in a note for that employee and she advised I speak to him so he could honor the price. I went back and the original budtender was there so I asked him about it he said he remembered but the system didn’t honor it because it was passed the time. I asked him why he couldn’t his discount it then he called the manager or owner and told her what happened they said she wanted my name and number so she could contact me and run the cameras back. At this point I want nothing to do with them. He remembered me and didn’t do anything to take care of me as far as the discount then his attitude over the situation was very rude to the point where he said “it’s happy hour right now so what do you want.” For budtenders to not honor a discount knowing I was there for the special then to call the owners over a couple dollars show they don’t care about customer service. The fact that they have to run cameras back is insane after the budtender admitted that what I said was true about the time. They know they were wrong and proceeded to make things worse. I’m one person I get that but keep treating your customers this way and you won’t have any. Your prices are higher than most dispensaries as it is so if people don’t go to you for prices iithe lack of customer focus won’t bring them in either. I’ll take my business to truth or the joint

My go to spot to get weed... people are usually pretty awesome. But today there was a woman working that was absolutely RUDE!!! I legit wanted to walk out on her. Made me not want to come in again. Manager contacted my husband and was very polite and apologetic ❤️ I really appreciate it and I will be continuing to go to our neighborhood weed shop.

Weed Again has consistently fair prices and a great selection. That, combined with always friendly staff, makes this one of my favorite dispensaries.
