Flower is horrible. Have had one good strain in the multiple times i have purchased flower from this store. Majority of it looks great but smokes horribly and tastes awful. From black ash to weed that hardly wants to ignite. If you find yourself at this store stick to the rosin, edibles and if you absolutely need to the carts. It’s as if they buy weed from companies who don’t quality control their flower.

Crappy spot. Crappy service, products are nothing special. There's literally five other shops surrounding this one, that are easier to access, way better staff, and products. I don't even know how this place is still in business...

Bought an all in one from sessions. Opened up and battery was all the way down to 30% and the 2gram disposable had maybe a gram left in the device… will never go back here again. They obviously have a sketchy team .

Had been going here for 8+ years. Stopped in to exchange a cartridge that was leaking through the top, cartridge was about 1/3 gone. This was my first time ever coming back with a product for being defective. Was told it was “over half gone” in their opinion and nothing could be done after spending 10s of thousands of dollars over the years and tipping $5 with each purchase. Super friendly staff, and decent product, just don't ever try to return anything defective.

I’ve been to countless great dispos all around the country, Cloud 9 wellness is hands down the best of the best. They seriously have the dankest flower money can buy at the LOWEST prices, with a ton of variety. They have a ton of great concentrates and they keep all of it cold, not just the most expensive stuff. Last but not least the customer service here is better than anywhere business anywhere. You’re treated more like family and not just a customer when you walk in. Not only knowledgeable, but some of the coolest people you will meet working here. You won’t regret trying cloud 9!

Hands down the best dispensary in Medford. I went to 3 others and the prices can't be beat nor can the quality. Also want to give a huge shout out to Brandon who was my budtendender during my visit. Everything he helped me pick out was amazing, way too fairly priced, and he did a fantastic job of explaining all the products to me as we searched for all the terpiest terps the shop could offer. Thank you so much for the help, and thanks for the mini terp pack.
