Reviews of The Spot Cannabis Collective

My experience at The Spot Cannabis Collective – North Medford was incredibly disappointing. I expected to be treated with professionalism and respect, but instead I left feeling that my issue were neither heard nor valued. The only reason I haven't taken all of my business elsewhere is because of the outstanding team at The Spot's South Medford location. Laura, Evan, and Isaac have consistently provided exceptional customer service. They are welcoming, knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely make customers feel valued. Their professionalism is the reason I continue to support The Spot as a company. Unfortunately, the North Medford location is a stark contrast. If it weren't for the excellent experiences I've had with Laura, Evan, and Isaac at the South Medford location, I would have stopped doing business with The Spot entirely. I sincerely hope ownership and upper management take the time to review the customer service culture at the North Medford location. The difference between the two stores is remarkable. The South Medford team demonstrates exactly how customers should be treated—with respect, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to service. I hope the North Medford location can learn from that example, because every customer deserves the same level of courtesy, whether they're making a purchase or simply seeking an opportunity to become part of the team.

shopped here earlier on Wednesday, and the guy who helped me Cyrus or Silas whatever his name is, skipped the common courtesys and quickly made me feel like this might not be the place id like to be a regular at. If your in customer service and you make someone feel unwelcome its intentional. I work hard for the money I spend here, if its too much to ask to be treated kindly....theres 3 dispensarys close by.

Awesome store with friendly staff. Don’t typically go to dispensaries and I was very impressed with how quickly Cyrus found exactly what I needed despite the store being busy with customers! Amazing customer service.

What's the point of having an ATM and accepting debit cards if you charge the fee either way?! This is really frustrating, you charge $3 to swipe a debit card at the register? But, it's not every time. Each time I go the clerk chooses what the rules are that day. It's so annoying!

To those who read the bad reviews... Trust me it's still worth stopping by every time for these products and amazing staff. I have been going here for 3 years.

For me personally I think this place is the easiest to get in and out of I think the prices are fair and they're not scanning my ID putting it into a database like the other ones in Medford.. Early opening hours are great

They haven't ordered anything for 6 months, and they raised all the prices so my medical discount is now the regular price,so they have zero options for medical patients and they won't order CBD options for medical patients,I'm over it and the bud tenders act clueless,I don't believe you , because I know their is so many options but they won't reorder, all they want is that money and they don't care if you're sick and need CBD options and can't smoke weed, you haven't replinshed those options because you don't want medical patients to get their deal ,no you want us to pay you for whatever you got and it's a free for all ,I know that you have to have both CBD and THC options not just 1 option

I initially left a much better review but after a few low quality batches, I think I’m done buying flower here. I don’t buy top shelf but typically I can find something with decent freshness and taste by asking the bud tender. The last three times I’ve asked for the recommendation, I’ve ended up with old, stale, harsh weed. The stuff I bought in 2026 was harvested in 2024 🤮. They have good deals on packaged products like vapes, edibles, and dabs so I’ll still get that. But I wouldn’t recommend for flower unless you’re buying top-shelf.
