05/16/26 I have been going here for years, never had problems. I went yesterday around 6:15 pm to get wax like I do every other week. I went up and asked a newer female employee about a different product I was interested in, I mentioned my daughter who's over 21 was telling me about a different strain. She then proceeded to tell me I can't sell it to you for your daughter. (Mind you I just wanted to know if they had the strain because I wanted to try it but I never even got a chance to ask) I explained I was just asking and it was not my intention to buy anything for anyone else. She then became extremely aggressive and incredibly disrespectful. Demanded me for my id stating she didn't feel comfortable selling to me. Completely treating me as if I was now some criminal for mentioning my daughter. I then told her I had not even asked for any product yet and was not even sure I wanted anything anymore. She then commanded the other employee to not serve me at all, he looked at me apologetically and kind of shrugged his shoulders. Insane that anyone is allowed to work with the public if they have a power trip that high. I understand the protection of underage sales, but this employee was not doing that. She needs to be held accountable for how unprofessional she treats customers.

updated review, at one time this was one of the friendliest places in town, now the customer service and quality of product has really gone down hill at this location over the last year. i would suggest looking into different areas in town if you want value for your dollar ................................................................................................ i will say the customer service at this location is amazing and some of the best of any store i visit. that being said the monthly ounce special has gone down hill since this location opened. originally they offered 2 specials for the month, a top tier ounce and a lower tier ounce. once the company was taken over by another company it changed to just 1 special ounce product per month. which brings us to current day. now you get a selection of top 2 tiers for a higher price or lower tier products for the price the ounce special has been for a while. no complaints with the price, i get that you are a business and need to make money. however your new special of the month system is just screwy to be honest and you cheat your self out of getting more money for a lower lever product, if you are paying for the top 2 tiers at the higher price you should have the option of choosing an item of a lesser value tier. ill give an example that i think most have experienced as it has been the normal practice at every location i have been to. if you order a pizza and decide you want it half and half you are going to pay for the pizza at the higher half's price. the company gets a higher price for the lesser product due to customer choice. if a customer is choosing to have a lesser value item in the mix and agrees to pay the higher amount, it would make a happy customer for getting what they want and i would think a happy company as you would be getting more for your lower tiered products. back to my initial statement of the customer service being great. might even be a cool if the company could put all extra profits from these sales into the Taco fund (tip jar) at the end of the month.
