    I have been to hundreds of dispensaries across several states. I am a cannabis advocate and participate in cannabis clinical trials. This location has phenomenal products, and for years, great service. The bud-tenders are still the best thing about this store. Ownership is another matter. Prices run high, and unless you stack every discount, you’re overpaying. The discounts are drying up, which is why the star came off. After four years as a regular, I came in expecting the rewards program I saved over four years for with 40% off (up to $500) and was told the manager had no obligation to speak with me or to honor what previous owners offered. I fought my way to 15% with Perry, a measly $20, a fraction of what I’ve tipped here over the last four years. I cashed out my points, as I don’t plan on coming back given how the Golden Grail Group currently operates this location. Given how often the name changes (Chalice, Golden Grail, Homegrown, Parlour, whoever is next), I’d prefer honest everyday pricing over any deceptive rewards program. West Salem Cannabis down the road is consistently 25% to 40% cheaper, they even carry Shoyeido incense, though I’ll admit Homegrown does carry higher-tier flower it’s much costlier. The Homegrown crew deserves better. Perry tried, but I’m sure his hands are tied by the Golden Grail Group.

    I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries, and this one is easily one of my favorites. The staff is always super welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to answer questions, make recommendations, and make sure you leave with exactly what you’re looking for. The atmosphere is great, the products are high quality, and the customer service keeps me coming back. Everyone here is awesome and makes the experience enjoyable every time. Highly recommend checking them out!

    At first I spent a lot of money at this place I drove a long way to come to Homegrown and make my purchases. I am a senior and low income. I was a Silversmith and even though I am low income I made many of the staff workers bracelets with their name on them. I have made jewelery for Senators and thier Chief of Staff whom I have made laws with here in Oregon. The Homegrown staff found out my race and then I was mistreated and laughed at for my race. I started taking my friend with me every time I went in to see if I would be treated better, but when I was by myself I brought my phone to record the staff who harassed me because I couldn't afford to leave a tip every time. I told the manager Perry and at first he seemed to care, but two weeks ago I went in the store and found out that I wasn't receiving points earned for my purchases anymore and was told to get the app, so I did. I asked the staff to help put my birthday in the app because the app didn't work. One of the staff who harassed me called her boss and he said if I come in or call he would help me to receive my earned points. That didn't happen instead I was told untrue statements by the owner who knows I am a kind person. What Homegrown doesn't know is I make laws in Oregon. I cowritten laws with our previous governor and I am friends with Federal and State Senators. I was a lawyer. I will never go back to this place because I was abused by the staff. I often times was charged more than other customers and found out one day by accident. So Homegrown not only received my handmade bracelets but received extra money that I was overcharged for that was more than a tip. I believe that this Homegrown is doing this to other patrons. I wonder if they are cheating many elderly people and not properly reporting the money they receive for their products. I will never go back to this place again and dont recommend this place. To bad that they dont respect and cheat their elderly patrons. Homegrown lost a good customer and a lot of money. I hope this Homegrown goes out of business because no customer deserves to be cheated out of money, abused and made fun of for his/ her or thier race.
