  Very nice and easy to talk to staff. Wish I could remember the name of the bud tender that helped me but the stuff he recommended was da bomb fo sure. Will go out of my way to shop here while in Lebanon

  One of my favorite places to shop until today. I will be looking for a new place to purchase after experiencing your employee Brian. I asked him to weigh the Pre-weighed half oz and it came up a little short, I told him the last time I purchased a half oz from here I took it home and weighed it and it came to 12.5 oz instead of 14oz he proceeded to argue with me about how it couldn’t have been short. Mind you the one I asked him to weight was short. When I told him I wasn’t arguing just wanted to check since I was shorted last time, he threatened to not serve me because I told him I didn’t want to keep discussing it. He weighed it, it was short, fix it and move on. He had to make sure he was right. Very unprofessional and childish.

  Budtenders with egos are the absolute worst. Budtenders who treat the job like car sales are even worse. Give a person a moment to breathe and look around and maybe don’t talk about how stoned you’re getting during your shift, it’s a huge ick and turn off for anybody wanting to do business. Definitely won’t be recommending, for more reasons than one, but primarily because some people really should not be behind that counter regardless of how much weed they have consumed in their lifetime. Maybe smoke less and learn more about your industry, and probably toss in some interpersonal communication classes while you’re at it. Budtenders are the front line, and unfortunately this dispensary only has 2 budtenders worth stopping by for a visit, I’m sorry if you don’t get a chance to be helped by them.

  Stopped by today...I should have stopped by sooner. Great deals. Huge selection. Wonderful customer service. Thank you💚 Edit: The new gal with short hair at night never remembers the happy hour deals and when she's asked something she is to lazy to check. I will no longer purchase from her and I'll wait for a better bud tender with knowledge.

  To be clear I haven’t smoked anything from them yet but honestly to me it’s not worth it. We came from out of town to go here off someone’s rec and they didn’t even have what we wanted which, not on them. Their dabs were placed in the cabinet in the wrong spot so a dab that said was 12$ turned out to be 20$ (which we didn’t realize until after we left and we all know how returns/ refunds go at dispos once you leave the building) and the flowers honestly just expensive(maybe it’s worth it, again haven’t smoked it.) It’s such a big wide open space with nothing going on, it was lack luster. Just seems for pricing you’d think “maybe we’ll get a good experience” and it was just alright. To me, we live in an area with so many great options, this didn’t seem like one of them

  This is my go to Marijuana shop in town! Not just because they are very conveniently located but also because the deal are fabulous their early bird specials and late night specials are unbeatable for Lebanon but also consistent quality! I love the plant 🪴 in the shop too 😍 low key jealous of its majestic beauty & huge stature! Love to see more plants, feels like it could use a few friends 💯💚

  I’ve really loved this store and it’s been my go-to shop for the past six months. I’ve never expected exceptional customer service there, but the staff has always been friendly enough and the products have been good. Unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing. When I walked in, neither budtender paused what they were doing to greet me. They both briefly looked up and said they’d be with me in a second, even though there was no one else in the store. When one of them finally helped me, I told him I was looking for something as a gift for my mother-in-law. He asked if I wanted to “rephrase” what I said. When I asked why, he told me he couldn’t sell to me if I said it was a gift for someone else. I’ve worked in the cannabis industry for about 10 years, so I asked where in Oregon law that was stated. Instead of explaining, he sighed and called another budtender over to repeat the same thing. The interaction felt unnecessarily tense, even though I was simply asking a question as a customer. For clarity: it is legal in Oregon for an adult 21+ to purchase cannabis and give it as a gift to another adult 21+. If the store has its own internal policy about this, that’s completely their right—but it would be helpful if that policy were clearly posted rather than asking customers to “rephrase” something that isn’t illegal. Because of this experience, I’ll likely choose a different shop when I’m purchasing gifts in the future.

  Pretty small selection of concentrates, and when asking if indica or sativa on the rosin selection you get I don't know because they all smack.. whatever that means, and please.. please... do not be afraid of deodorant or antiperspirant, possibly a shower, the body oder is stronger than the herb and that's saying something. Shower up, put some deodorant on, and educate yourselves on your products. Felt like kids trying to sell candy

  This is my absolute favorite dispensary. I have never had a negative experience in this establishment. There are always reasonable deals as well as happy hour twice daily. I definitely recommend visiting.

She's doing her best to maneuver me through the rain, but it's chaos—water everywhere, visibility zero. Before we could even ask, two incredible staff members come sprinting out to help. One grabs the door and holds it wide open against the wind, while the other jumps right in to wheel me safely inside. It was such a simple act, but in that moment, it meant everything. Their quick thinking and kindness turned a miserable situation into one of warmth and relief. Once inside, the compassion didn't stop. The team showed such genuine curiosity about our needs, listening intently and offering thoughtful recommendations tailored just for us. We were moved beyond words and couldn't thank them enough for making us feel seen and valued. This isn't a one-off; the staff here is always incredibly helpful, packed with knowledge about strains, products, and wellness benefits, and above all, they truly care about their customers.   This used to be my favorite dispensary to go to in town. That was until they fired 2 of their best bud tenders. It ruined the entire vibe of going in there. Now it feels extremely stuck up. I’ll be finding another place to get my stuff and telling others also.

  I absolutely love this stores wide selection, and it's friendly staff. The happy hour after 8:00 p.m. Is exceptional as well, especially if you stack up your rewards card.
