I find the staff to be knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. They are very pleasant every time I visit with my puppy, whom they adore while I shop. The products are the best and they help! I have found, prices are reasonable and reward programs are awesome. I recently hit a tier for which I was able to get 75.00 worth of free shopping. 5 stars all around! Ty
