Great customer service, very friendly people and always super helpful as someone who hardly smokes. They also like it when you bring your cat lol. Definitely get a phone number with them, it's so worth the discounts.

Love this place and the people. Music is always good. I really like the bud tenders and they go above and beyond to make sure that you get what you need. She Make sure my whole order is there and nothing is ever missing or incorrect.

I came in to buy a ounce and a quarter which I had made a online order for. The website showed both options in the cart and i submitted the order online. I came to the store and got in line, I was the only one in line and i came face to face with a worker who didnt greet me she just stared at my forehead and had this hostile look on her face. I said hello, I have a online order and she just looked at me... this person was so entitled she didn't even ask me for my ID.. I then said oh, you need my ID? I handed it to her. And she then said.. put in your number and walked off... I put in my number and she left with my ID, brought it back and left again ... and asked me to repeat my last name. I repeated it and she returned with just the quarter. I then said I had ordered both. She then cocked her head back all annoyed and said we dont do that, that is illegal...you must not have put in your order right because the website doesn't let you. I then explained that it showed it in the cart. I then asked to see what other options of ounces they have and she took the bags of the small buds and threw them across the table. This woman was so entitled she couldn't even make eye contact with me. Just because you are having a bad day doesn't mean you need to take it out on customers. I then decided on which strain I wanted and bought the ounce... my total back was one dollar and this person who now i know to be named Bedanys looked at me like she deserved that dollar. Common now. You cant expect a tip if you are going to be hostile at work. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a dispensary thus far. Also.. If you purchasing more than an ounce is ILLEGAL, then why do they allow it on their website? How are customers supposed to know if theyve never used the online ordering system for Zips?
