  Pleasantly surprised at the prices for buddies and mindmelt products. They are consistently 20% cheaper than anywhere else in the area. Never a long line for service or the ATM. Highly recommend this shop if you work or live around greenwood

  Seriously impressed by the staff and product they have. I went in on Friday, about 4pm, forgot to get his name, but the young man there got me everything I wanted, for cheaper than I usually get it. I told him I was new to the store, he asked me what I usually get, and what I usually paid. They didn't have what I usually get but he was able to find me comparable products really quickly and they're all great so far. He really knew his stuff. Definitely coming back.

  They need to be careful. I bought two pre-roll packs on Tuesday, November 25th, five minutes before closing, based on an employee's recommendation. Each pack was supposed to contain two rolls, but one only contained one. I went back to complain, and they told me there was nothing they could do, to come back tomorrow and they'd look into it. I hope they solve this when I go back. This practice was very common among employees at these "I'm coming" stores. Please be careful. (I hope to update this review tomorrow.) Parking: 7 Service: 9 Friendliness: 9 I'm updating my experience here: I returned the next day, and the person who served me said there was nothing they could do, that I had to come back in the mornings only when they wanted, because that's when the supposed manager is there. I work mornings and can't go at that time, so they offered me a 50% discount if I bought another product. This means they forced me to buy more misleading products because that's how they operate: they sell products saying there's one quantity, and when you buy them and leave the store, there's a different quantity inside the package. That's what happened in short. Please avoid this place.

  Updated Review I went back the day after they sold me a tube of two prerolls and there was only one. The day it happened, I reported it and they told me to come back the next day. I went the next day and they pressured me to buy another tube so they could offer a discount and get back the preroll I had already paid for the day before. Additionally, they respond to my reviews asking me what I got for free? You didn't give me anything for free; you forced me to buy something else from your store—products that are advertised as containing a certain quantity, but that's not true. In any case, it was a terrible experience. Avoid this place. The same problem happened again. Yesterday, I bought a tube of Free Rolls that was supposed to contain two, but I was tricked into thinking it only contained one. I complained, and they told me to come back the next day. I came back, and they told me they couldn't do anything. It's a scam. (Update: Yesterday, I came back and bought two tubes of pre-rolls, and it was on his recommendation! Because they know which ones only contain one, and these don't come with two pre-rolls.) Be careful and check before leaving the store. (He added that they are respectful and speak respectfully.)

  I have been a frequent customer here since they first opened and I’ve always enjoyed my experience Until now. The short female Presenting person (Christine?)misread my passport, and then tried to argue with me about it being expired when it wasn’t, and when I Pointed out the correct date on the passport they argued with me. I Then pointed out that in the cannabis industry, it’s a good thing to learn how to accurately Read passports She told me that I was being “snarky”. I then said I was just returning the energy from her bing upset I called her out about the passport. She then said that that’s just how her voice is? So she just has a rude voice all the time? Probably something that person wants to work on if they want to be in customer service. As a 10 year veteran of the cannabis industry, I have never been treated so rudely by a stranger before. Everybody else at the shop is awesome and friendly and a great asset to the company.
