So there's an option to place an order online so you don't have to wait in a long line while people make the choices they want in the store. I get it if you want to go into the store and you want to talk to a budender. This guy was in the pickup line for online orders and all he kept doing was asking the bartender for more options. The bartender should have made him go to another line there were people waiting. Although when I place an order online and I wait an hour to go pick it up I don't expect to wait another 25 minutes in line while somebody's deciding what they want in the pickup line clearly the employees and the management doesn't give a crap about that. I will not be coming back. Ridiculous. If you don't want to honor the people that are ordering online and help them to get out of there quicker because that's why we place an order online, then why have the service at all.
