  It was my first ever visit to a dispensary. I was looking for Dragon balm. The sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great initial experience.

  Since I can’t seem to add a new review, I edit my 10 month old wonderfully positive review. My experience here has for 10 plus months been wonderful, outside of two negative experiences ( from the same manager). After tonight I won’t go back. The first experience when I was new to the store I had a temp driver’s license, scannable, issued from the state. Legally you are able to purchase alcohol, marijuana, medication with this. Which I did, at Mary Mart. Until I encountered one of the managers. He argued with me, spoke aggressively and interrogated me, who sold it to you, I can’t even work here with a Reno and so on… Then came back after I insisted I had already been to Mary Mart, with the temp license, purchased and it was legal. After aggressively rude conversation, he left to check, came back and sold me product. Tonight I went in, 10 plus months later. My two cartridges and battery just purchased this week were broken. He refused to return my order or replace. I had the wrong receipt even though they and I have an electronic copy of said purchase, I had all the products just not the package. My budtender explained the new cartridge x3 I bought customers already returned a few times. Mine both came apart, leaked all over and wouldn’t unscrew from the batteries. This evening, I drove back.Met with aggressive rude interruption by the same manager. He wasn’t my bud tender and he berated me for not having packages. I can’t seem to find the return policy in my receipt, on the website or IG page? How are customers expected to know it? As I have not returned hardly anything there. Very disappointed in the treatment I received tonight. Left crying. Will not return.

  always super friendly staff and always really good prices. every time i come to the register my total is somehow always less than what i thought it would be and its sick. staff even remember my name and check in, great place am lucky to have it in my neighborhood
