Staff was extremely rude and abusive, and I got bait-and-switched and charged 40% more than the price listed on their website without them revealing that until after they'd rung it up. At which time they just said, "sorry. you're just screwed now, since it's already been rung up". Add that to forcing you to scan your driver's license into some third party app, and refusing your business if you don't, and I'm never going back to this place. "Nasty, rude, and overpriced" isn't my ideal business to patronize. I prefer a business that values their customers. I'll take my business across the street or to one of the other 5 dispensaries within a few blocks. Do yourself a favor. Avoid this place like the plague.

Everyone should probably assume that if they go to a Kushman location, it's not going to be open when it says it is; that's what this location is saying about its brand, “dont trust our hours, they aren’t real”. I experienced the exact same thing that a lot of other people in the recent weeks apparently have, tonight. Avoid if you like being able to trust your store. Really reflects bad on all Kushman spots

They say they're open until 12 a.m. I showed up at 11:50 and don't know—the lights were on and people were there, but the door was locked and I was just ignored.

Horrible dispensary, they treat their employees like garbage (they have them all sign NDA’s upon hiring so no one will complain about it) Manager is rude and condescending, not sure they know what they’re doing or how to even run a store. Just look at the turnover rate! There is 3-4 far better dispensary’s within walking distance of this place

the manager i witnessed on the floor was quite unhelpful and unprofessional, giving so much needless attitude and sass. will not be returning

Another update This high turnover is ridiculous 😒 now one day ine strain is an indicator and the next day it's a sativa... what happened to holding your budtenders responsible for learning their job. In my years of budtending I have never.

This is really the only rec store I visit; I absolutely love their selection, and the employees are always nice. But I'd give them a 0-star rating if I could because the email list spam is absolutely ridiculous. I get it ffs, "big smiles and bigger savings", sure... but at some point I started feeling harassed. Whatever you do, don't give them your real email.
