The bud tenders and security are chill . You know what sucks? The homeless addicts always asking for money or marijuana from to customers . Why does the city protect the homeless so much ? Isn’t it your responsibility to establish mental health facilities staffed by all the money you get for homeless shelters? I love the service and knowledge of the bud tenders. I would definitely come back but the thing outside needs to be cleaned up literally.

I normally don't leave reviews, but after hearing what happened to a close friend of mine yesterday , I feel like people should know and be warned. My friend was at this establishment yesterday and stopped (Have a Heart in Belltown). She was standing in line, another customer who appeared to be homeless became aggressive and started threatening her with a pair of scissors. She said she could actually hear the scissors opening behind her and was scared because he could have seriously injured her if she hadn't moved away when she did. What is most disturbing is that she was a woman standing alone, terrified, alerted security trying to get help, and that security did not take the situation seriously. She literally left the store crying. No one should ever have to experience that in a weed shop with security. Customer safety should be the top priority in any business, and from what she described, that standard was not met. I hope management takes this seriously, reviews what happened, and reevaluates how security responds when customers report threats. Nobody should EVER leave a store feeling lucky to have avoided being hurt or still being alive.
