  Lots to choose from. Great energy and vibes were noticeable as soon as I walked in. Which made the shopping much more fun. My bud-tender couldn’t have said it more perfect, (it’s like walking into a candy shop).

  Best experience I’ve had at a cannabis store so far. I’m not very knowledgeable about all the different types, strains, and effects, but Jose took the time to walk me through everything without making the process feel rushed or overwhelming, which was incredibly helpful. He made it easy to understand the options and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. The store itself was spotless, well-organized, and had a really welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend asking for Jose if you want a helpful and informative experience.

  First off definitely feel terrible cause I have had many great experiences in this store as you have some of the most knowledgeable and attentive staff but I feel like this Taurus vendor day was handled in a almost purposely misleading fashion as it says 58% off all the Taurus products but when I got there to buy it I was told that 50% is already taken off the regular price cause I was a member so they only could take 8% off from there the problem with this this is not stated anywhere on the advertisement on the door? Which to some degree it feels like your advertisement is purposely misleading to come just to have to explain later also if at a discounted 50% your price for a eighth comes up to 42 dollars that means it was originally priced at 84 dollars for a eighth which in the stoner community with 3 other dispensary within 5 minutes is a joke 🤣🤣🤣 again I have had many great experiences in the store and will likely return I just feel like you're handling of this advertising was mishandle or lacks clarity and please 🙏 stoner's don't buy 80 1/8 I can't tell you how to run your business but just my 2 cents

  Their website discounts don't match at all... I went in last week for the last time to get some bud on discount, showed them their own website and I got brushed off. Not to mention you can simply get a better price at any other shop even after some of their "discounts". AND not to mention that their budtenders seem to always be unsure of where and what's happening and their own bud in some cases, it's almost as if their workers are new every other week which makes sense because it's always a different face so you can't even build a rapport with any of them. I've seen things like that and it's almost always a case of trash worker retention rates just so they can hire the next person for less and repeat the cycle and judging by some other reviews I read, that seems to be exactly the case. What a shame. Purchase your bud literally anywhere else. Not only will you have a better experience, more of your money will go to the actual workers not the dude with 3 yachts who'd sell their workers souls for 67¢ like Mr. Krabs.

  This used to be a great shop. From the day it opened, they had some of the best staff and best deals in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, due to poor handling by the ownership, this shop can no longer retain staff that seem to have whats best for the customers in mind- just empty recommendations and buzzwords. It seems like the second a Budtender or Manager that develops any real standing or recognition somehow disappears and is replaced with a strange face who doesn’t know you or your preferences. From the sounds of it, the store is relying on tipping to make up for the low pay they offer, and that is leading to the low retention rate. Unfortunately, that refusal to pay your employees a reasonable wage will cost you business in the long run. And for anyone not acutely aware of it: their new discounts and rewards system are not any different, in fact, it appears in some cases I am now paying more for the same product I was regularly buying, now that this new system is in place. All in all, there are a half dozen other stores in arms reach that I will certainly be making more stops in the neighborhood now that it appears Cloud Cannabis does not take doing business as seriously as they should.
