  So my previous review about being unhappy with the raising of his prices was apparently enough for the Owner to Ban me from the store. Apparently the owner SAM doesn't like bad press or accountability so he decided to Ban me from the store. Even though i have spent hundreds of dollars there every month, I guess that wasn't enough for him. If you want to go to a place where the owner bans people he doesn't like then this is your place.

  Absolutely blown away by how large, spacious and good feeling this space is. Has some of the friendliest budtenders and some of the best prices and choices I have seen since I lived in Portland. Absolutely worth the long trip it took to get there and when I am back in that neighborhood I definitely coming back to visit.

  Used to be a good place to get bud at a reasonable price when they did early bird or daily discounts but they just got rid of all their discounts and in the process effectively raised all their prices. They really wanted me to do some questionable math that they insisted made them cheaper, but regardless of their math my usual purchase was still $10 more per item than it was before. Ruckus is just way too expensive for what you get. The service isn’t anything special here, I didn’t feel like the budtenders had any special knowledge that helped me get better products. This isn’t really a shop for locals to come to, they’re clearly geared towards the bar hopping crowd coming in from the suburbs and overpaying for some bud while they’re partying. I’m going elsewhere in the future, other places have better knowledge for lower prices.

  Had a very fun, knowledgeable bud tender named Elijah help our family. He knew just what we wanted and the store was full of all kinds of choices. We were happy about the prices as well.Be coming back and our friends. Thank you Elijah again

  This place used to be cool until the GM Emily decided to fleece everyone for more money. Emily decided to change the hours of the business to close early and she also decided to get rid of the late night/early bird happy hour so now all of their products are more expensive. They’re going to try and feed you a line of saying they’re cheaper than everyone else yet it’s still $6 more for their original prices. So it’s not really cheaper. I hope the owners know that Emily is going to cost them a lot of business especially mine. I have no problem going to have a heart or Dockside. Emily has ruined Ruckus with her terrible business model. Dear owner, the best shelf price was the discounted price for late night happy hour, unless you’re going to change those prices I don’t care to give you my money, I go to your store 3-4 times a week and I spend hundreds of dollars there a month…. You and Emily just cost yourself that business. I’m sure Dockside down the street would love to have me and my bf as their customer considering how much we spend. I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way.

  Bouncer guy who stands out front in the morning opened a pack of cigarettes and dropped all the plastic wrap on the sidewalk. No respect for the community in which they operate.

  Super sweet staff and awesome sale prices. I’ve only ever used topicals, but imagine this applies across the board. Go early or late or Mondays for best prices.

  I try not to leave one star reviews but I’ve only been here once and I got a defective cart. I tried to return it within 30 days but apparently their return policy is only 3 days. I didn’t even open the cart within 3 days. Other dispensaries have 30 day return windows for factory defects for the same price so I just simply can’t recommend coming here over like Hashtag or other shops. The cart I got is jammed so I paid $30+ for a useless piece of plastic. didn’t even get one good hit from it

  Learn how to treat your regular customer right. If there was an option I give this place a 0 stars. This lady in the front smh ask your coworkers I come everyday in the morning the name is Moosa. If I ordered during a happy hour I’m only paying you for happy hour price. Any other coworker wouldn’t have done what u done. Congratulations for losing a regular customer who shows up everyday.👌👌

  Bought A cart because the blonde manger said it was the best thing ever. She told me she smokes it all the time. Omg it was horrible I returned it. When I asked the cool bud tender she told the manger doesn't even smoke and doest understand why they sold that it was a bad batch. What's up with this store hiring people who don't smoke? They're turning into uncle Ikes
