I went to return a broken cartridge and the manager took it to the back after a few minutes she came out and told me she took a hit off it, and said she was able to get a hit off it you just have to hit it really hard and then gave it back to me with out exchanging it. I said you put your mouth on it and expect me to take it back and use it and she said yeah its fine we do it all the time. I told her that was disgusting why did you put your mouth on it and she replied its not that big of a deal and she wasnt exchanging it. I will never return to that place again absolutely not. That was so unprofessional.

This is our favorite local dispensary. We are really grateful to the employees(s) who took the time to write out instructions for our dog's CBD tincture. It is very important to us that our boy 🐕 is relaxed over the 4th of July holiday as Hazel Dell is a PTSD-inducing blast zone, hot dogs included. We appreciate The Herbery's attention to detail and the inviting atmosphere we encounter every time we go.

I was in on 04/13 just to pick up an online order. I locked my keys AND my phone in my car. Everyone at this location were SO NICE. The two people working security immediately tried to help- one suggesting a local locksmith company and the other person allowed me to use her phone to call them. Another employee inside provided the address for the locksmith company. They let me sit inside on a bench while I waited for the locksmith. One of the employees working inside brought magazines to me so I would have something to do while I waited. I love this place and its employees. No one is better!!

Nic helped me yesterday. He is super helpful and friendly! Made me feel very welcome in an environment that I feel less knowledgable in.

Budtenders are always so kind and friendly. They carry a strain I haven't been able to find at nearby dispensaries, so that's an automatic 5 star in my book. :)

Asked a guy at the counter for something to help with back pain, I get home and check the label to find the strain has zero CBD. High and in pain.

this is great herbery location. They have a great selection, friendly staff, all price points, great security, happy people working, and excellent quality product. They have some great pocket vapes too, like the pulsar which is the best pocket vape i've ever had. I think if you want to feel good, you should stop and meet these folks. They'll do you right.
