    This was my favorite store for years until I went to get my free medical bag on February 25th. They gave out a cartridge that takes a battery to use. I dont normally use cartridges bc they're expensive. So I had to buy a battery to be able to use it. I purchased the last $20 battery they had since it was the end of the month I couldn't afford the more expensive ones. Took it home and charged it. Once the light on the charger was green I took it off and attempted to use it. However, it wouldn't turn on. So I went back to return it but they didn't have anymore so I was told I had to wait for them to get a new shipment. Went back 2 weeks later and they were still out. Asked for a refund since they couldn't tell me when they might get more but was told NO! started calling weekly to check on delivery and in the end of March I was told I could return the battery I have and pay the difference for the more expensive battery. I didn't want to pay another $15 to get the more expensive one as this isn't something that I use or will use regularly. So yesterday April 7th i went to see if they had received the shipment yet or end up having to buy the more expensive battery to just be done with the stress. When I asked the girl if they got anymore of the $20 batteries in she said no that theyre still waiting. I asked if she knew when they might be receiving the delivery she said no. So I responded "wow how frustrating. I've been waiting over a month and not even allowed a refund. This is crazy to me" to which the girl responded "you must not know anything about batteries. They're lithium and have to be shipped on ground. Unless i want to blow up an airplane!" ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? that was so rude and unprofessional!!!!! There's ways she could have relayed that information without being so condescending and flat out rude!!! NEVER going back! Not even for the free medical bag at the end of the month!! Not to mention, I drive almost an hour just to go there! But never again! 420 not so friendly! You can do better! I know bc I've experienced it
